While the initial delivery person sent my Valentine's bouquet to the wrong house, I called and the owner personally delivered them himself a few days later. That is the definition of good customer service- they made a mistake but the boss himself owned up to it and fixed it in a timely manner. Wish more business owners treated people like this.
